Service Description

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make sourdough at home? Were you curious about how we make our loaves at Blue Sky Bread? This three hour sourdough course is designed to help you bake sourdough at home, using basic kitchen equipment and a slow ferment, no-knead method. The course includes a booklet, hands on experience mixing, shaping and baking sourdough, plus your own starter to take home. The course ends with a meal of sourdough, cheeses, dips and spreads. Plus, you get to take your own loaf home. The class size is restricted to 6, ensuring you get a personalised experience and can ask all the questions you need.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking less than 5 days before the session starts (after Tuesday 2 pm) , we will refund 80% of the class fee. We will not refund bookings that cancel 48 hrs before the course starts (Friday 2 pm). This policy reduces cancellations, which make the small class sizes impractical to run. You are free to have someone else attend in your place if you cannot attend. We can move your booking to another slot, if requested more than 5 days before the class starts, otherwise the cancellation policy applies.
