Blue Sky Bread is a small, family owned sourdough bread shop in Roleystone, Western Australia. We specialise in simple, slow ferment breads, with an emphasis on texture and flavour.
Come in and experience our classic white, whole wheat, olive, flax and sunflower, fruit, and dark rye (Danish style Rugbrød) loaves. We are constantly experimenting and adding to our range, so follow us for all the latest news.
We also offer coffee and treats, which you can enjoy in our outdoor eating area.
